Product description
Quick-frozen puff pastry product with filling, which requires heating according to the manufacturer’s instructions before consumption.
Preparation
Defrosting: 30–40 minutes
Baking: 30–40 minutes at 220 °C
Preparation tips
Remove the strudel from the packaging and place on a greased baking tray or baking paper. Spray some water over the strudel or place a heat-resistant container with water at the bottom of the oven for a couple of minutes to create steam, which will give the strudel greater volume and a shiny crust. Place the strudel in a pre-heated oven and bake according to instructions. Serve as a dessert. Thawing is not required, but in order to achieve the best possible flavour and shape of the product, we recommend thawing for 30 to 40 minutes. The strudel should be covered with a cloth or aluminium foil during thawing.
Recommendations
Store the product at -18°C. Do not re-freeze thawed product! We recommend using a thermal insulated shopping bag for transport.
